As soon as you reach out to WEA TRAVEL, our first step is to understand you better. We delve into the essentials: your desired destinations, travel preferences, available time, budget, accompanying travelers, any health and dietary needs, along with your interests, passions, and what drives you. With this insightful information in hand, we proceed to meticulously craft a tailored itinerary proposal for your unique journey to Peru.
TAILORING YOUR ITINERARY
We place your satisfaction at the forefront, which is why your input is invaluable to us. In this phase, we reconnect to gather your feedback, ensuring your voice shapes the planning process. Following your insights, we fine-tune your itinerary, maintaining open lines of communication via phone and email for any additional thoughts, questions, or sudden bursts of inspiration you might have. This iterative process doesn’t stop until we’ve sculpted an itinerary that genuinely sparks your excitement!
ACCEPTANCE, CONFIRMATION, AND DEPOSIT
Once you have approved the itinerary, we will begin to confirm hotels and trains. Within two to three business days, we will update you on our progress. At this stage, we also request a 50 percent deposit. Upon receiving the deposit, we will proceed to arrange the finer details of your personalized journey, booking tours, transportation, and entry tickets. We ensure all reservations are confirmed well in advance, so you know precisely what to expect and can rest assured there will be no last-minute unexpected changes.
TRIP PREPARATION
After meticulously reviewing the details and ensuring everything is set, we will email you the complete and detailed itinerary for your private tour in Peru. This is when the excitement truly begins. The imminent journey will feel more real than ever as you read through the daily descriptions of planned activities, along with the names and details of the hotels, guide meeting times, key transportation information, and locations. We will also include the names and contact numbers of the WEA TRAVEL team, along with useful packing tips and details about currency exchange, insurance, and health precautions. Ninety days before departure, we will request the remainder of your payment.
ENJOYING YOUR VISIT TO PERU
This is when you’ll understand why we’ve earned our reputation as one of the top tour operators in Peru. As soon as you arrive, your WEA TRAVEL host will greet you at the airport and take you to your hotel, review your itinerary, provide instructions for meeting your guide, and generally ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible for you. Have any questions or concerns? Now is the time to ask! Afterwards, your guides will handle all the day-to-day logistics, as well as dealing with any unexpected hurdles you encounter. A WEA TRAVEL customer service representative will also contact you every two days just to make sure everything is proceeding as expected. And if you have any urgent questions or need assistance, the WEA TRAVEL team is always available 24/7 via Whatsapp, phone, and email.
RETURNING HOME
We will do everything possible to ensure your journey back home is as smooth as possible. A member of the WEA TRAVEL team will accompany you to the airport and ensure you are comfortably settled on your departure flight. We will always remain available for you to contact us and for your return.
